Reading the history of a street

Start with an address. A photograph might show an earlier shopfront; a map can reveal a vanished lane. Put those clues beside a resident's story and the place begins to come alive.

This original demonstration article shows how HeritageHub can connect people, places and images. It makes no new historical claims about East Melbourne.
